Public hearings in the Frank Paul Inquiry will reconvene to address the Criminal Justice Branch’s response to the death of Frank Paul. These hearings will begin at 10:00 a.m., November 3, 2010 in Courtroom 601 in the Federal Court facility, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC.

Closing submissions are scheduled for December 14, 2010, and if necessary, will continue on December 15, 2010. The Closing submissions will start at 10:00 a.m. and be held in court room 601 in the Federal Court Facility at 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC.

Public Hearings in The Frank Paul Inquiry have now concluded. The Commissioner and Commission Counsel wish to extend their thanks to everyone who has participated.

If further hearings are scheduled to address the Criminal Justice Branch's response to the death of Frank Paul, we will make an announcement here, providing details as to the scheduling and location of the hearings.

All of the evidence, information and submissions received will now be carefully reviewed and considered. Notice will be posted on this site when the final report is to be published.
